The ECL Portal will be replaced with Leanheat Monitor
Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for using our control components and ECL Portal solution.

We have some important information in regards to ECL Portal to share with you:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been introduced by the EU. It contains strict rules and obligations for handling sensitive personal data. These rules apply to all areas, including district heating systems, that collect end-user data – and hereby also ECL Portal.

  • Besides above mentioned GDPR there are several other security-related regulations and standards that are or will become obligatory to follow.

  • Customer relations and satisfaction are our top priority, and we strive to provide only state-of-the-art solutions.

    • In order to fully comply to these regulations, we need to inform you that we will discontinue an ECL Portal solution effective November 1, 2024. ECL portal will be replaced by a brand new solution called Leanheat Monitor. Leanheat Monitor is our new monitoring and control solution (comparable to ECL Portal), but with improved functionalities and build on the latest technologies.     After November 1, 2024, the ECL Portal service will no longer be available, but all users can transition to Leanheat Monitor.

    Starting August 1, 2024, new devices can no longer be registered in the ECL Portal.
